Dr. Ware

LaTonya Ware, DDS

Dentist/Owner

Dr. Ware attended Gentry High School from 1994-1995 and graduated in 1997 from Mississippi School for Mathematics and Science. In 2001, Dr. Ware received a Bachelor of Science degree magna cum laude in Chemistry with an emphasis in international studies from Tougaloo College. In 2005, she earned a

Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Dentistry. Since 2006, Dr. Ware has owned and operated Ware Family Dental Clinic,LLC in Grenada, providing comprehensive dental treatments for all ages. Additionally, she has been an on-staff dentist at

the University of Mississippi Medical Center of Grenada since 2006, serving on the Surgery and Performance Improvement Coordinating committees until 2015. Dr. Ware also owns Oceanpointe Dental Academy of MS, a career based Registered Dental Assistant school and co-owns The UPS Store 7302 Grenada branch with her husband Bryan Davis, Jr.

Dr. Ware is recognized for her knowledge of industry products, new technology, methods, devices and procedures. Ware Family Dental offers same day crown and bridge with Cerec PrimeScan. She’s a member of the Mississippi Dental Association, Mississippi Dental Society, Mississippi Women Dentists, Chamber of Commerce for Grenada County (executive board) and past president of Grenada Professionals Association. She received the “Outstanding Woman of Leadership Award” from the International Women’s Leadership Association. She was also named 2017 Woman of the Year by Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc Pi Sigma Lambda Chapter for her philanthropic work and dedication to the

Youth of Grenada County. She is also an annual member of TCNAA (Tougaloo College National Alumni Association) . She was recently named Tougaloo College 40 under 40 inductees 2017 and Top Minority Business Leader for Delta Business Journal December 2017 issue. Dr Ware is also a member of the AAFE (American Academy of Facial Esthetics).

Meet Our Team

Kathryn Henson, RDH, BS

Dental Hygienist

Kathryn is a dental hygienist from Holcomb, MS that joined our team in November 2012. Kathryn attended Delta State University after graduating high school in 2006. She graduated as a Registered Dental Hygienist from Mississippi Delta Community College with an associate degree in applied sciences after completing the Dental Hygiene Technology program in 2011. After practicing for 3 years, Kathryn returned to college online through The University of Mississippi Medical Center. In 2016, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene. Kathryn loves providing the best care for her patients while having fun doing what she loves! She is also a dental assisting instructor for Oceanpointe Dental Academy. Kathryn is the owner and instructor of Grenada Loxor Radiology, a MSDBE approved dental radiology seminar. In her spare time, Kathryn enjoys spending time with her children.

Daley Rideout

Treatment Plan Coordinator

Daley is one our front desk receptionists and treatment plan coordinator at Ware Family Dental. She has been a part of our team since 2018. She checks insurance benefits and guides patients with their treatment plan while assisting with any financial needs. During her free time, Daley loves to spend time with her husband, Jake, and their two boys, John Warren and Grayson.

Johna Traylor

Receptionist

Johna joined our team in August 2007. She is a crucial part of our collection team, as she verifies allpatient insurance and collects patient payments after their appointment. She is a native of Vicksburg,MS, that moved to Grenada with her family in 2004. She graduated from Warren Central High Schooland attended Hinds Junior College in Raymond, MS. She is married to Joey and they have two children.

Marsha Goss

Office Manager

Marsha joined the Ware Family Dental team in March of 2008. She has over 20 years of experience in the Dental field with knowledge of chairside assisting, front office work, lab work and administrative duties. She’s eager to handle all aspects of her job. Marsha is the type of office manager who works with her team instead of just telling her team to work. She steps in to work any department, from sterilization to reception, working with the team to maximize patient satisfaction and the success of the practice. She loves hunting, fishing and spending time with her family, especially the grands.

Julie Turner

Scheduling Coordinator

Julie is one of our front desk receptionists and scheduling coordinator. She has been at Ware Family Dental since 2010. She is the first and last team member in contact with our patients. She loves seeing the patient through from start to finish. She is married and has one child. She enjoys reading books and spending time with family.

Sabrina Byars

Lead Dental Assistant

Sabrina is one of Dr. Ware's dental assistants. She was born and raised in Grenada. Sabrina graduated from Oceanpointe Dental Academy in March 2022 and began working at Ware Family Dental in November 2022. Sabrina recently got married and has two children, Sadi and Karson. She spends her free time with family and friends. Sabrina loves her job in dentistry and helping patients achieve their dream smile.

Nickey Taylor

Dental Assistant

Nickey is one of Dr. Ware’s chairside dental assistants. She is from Greenwood, MS. Nickey graduated from Oceanpointe Dental Academy in December 2023, and she began her employment at Ware Family Dental in February 2024. Nickey has plans to further her career in dentistry by attending MDCC’s Dental Hygiene progam. Nickey is married and has three children. In her spare time she loves crafting and spending time with her family and friends.

Adriana Lopez

Dental Assistant

Adriana is one of Dr. Ware's dental assistants. She is a native from Indianola and has been a part of Ware Family Dental since September 2022 after graduating from Oceanpointe Dental Academy. She is our lab coordinator and sterilization technician, as well as a chair side assistant. Adriana spends her time outside of work with her son, Jencarlo.

Cherelle Osborne

RDH, BS

Cherelle is from Clarksdale, MS and has been an employee at Ware Family Dental since spring of 2023. She obtained her applied sciences degree in Dental Hygiene Technology from Mississippi Delta Community College. Cherelle also has her degree in Biological Sciences from Alcorn State University. She has been practicing dental hygiene for 11 years, and she specializes in periodontal therapy and oral health preventative services. Cherelle believes that oral health is the best start to total body health.

Bridget Williams

Receptionist

Bridget is one of the front desk receptionists. She graduated from OceanPointe Dental Academy in September 2023, and she became a part of Ware Family Dental shortly after in November. When she is not at the front desk, you can find Bridget as a chairside dental assistant. Bridget is married to Chris and has two children, Payton and Patrick. She loves spending time with her grandchildren, Chan, Ashlynn, and Ryker. Bridget loves her work family and enjoys spoiling them with gifts. Her favorite part of being an employee at Ware Family Dental is helping patients and making them feel comfortable during their appointments.
